The efficient achievement of funds sufficient to provide for the project is a key component of the implementation plan. After interviewing various professional fundraisers, the Committee has selected professional expertise with experience in raising monies in this context and quantum. The selected fundraiser has expressed confidence in the ability to raise the requisite funds within two years.

The Committee has established year 2012 as the unveiling date for the commemorative monument. To meet this objective, a preliminary critical path management plan has been designed by the Committee. The critical path contemplates and addresses all practical matters associated with the project, including the engagement of key partnering elements, fundraising, site selection, design competition and the construction.
